Individual Counselling

It takes courage for someone to enter into individual therapy and the process of self-discovery and transformation.  Everyone has a unique and individual story and experience that can often be painful. These feelings can prevent you from stepping into a more fulfilling life in a happy, content and alive way.  Alisa creates a therapy space that is warm, compassionate and respectful and honours the fear and trepidation that may be present.

Individual counselling session fee is $220 per hour.  If your GP provides you with a mental health care plan the fee will be $118.45.

Private health insurance rebates are also available.
